Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock after the order has been placed.

The policy is 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we're unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.

Your item must be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
